Do you deliver and install across the UAE?+
Yes — delivery, installation, commissioning and staff training are included across all seven emirates, and we regularly ship to the wider GCC.
Can the machines handle açaí and vegan mixes?+
Absolutely. Brüllen machines are engineered for soft serve, açaí, frozen yoghurt, sorbet and plant-based mixes — the same machine can switch between them.
What warranty and service do you offer?+
Every machine comes with a manufacturer warranty, locally stocked spare parts, and access to our UAE service team, Brushclean deep-clean program and the global service app.
How often should the machine be cleaned?+
Daily rinse-and-sanitise routines take minutes, with a full strip-down clean recommended weekly. Our training videos cover it step by step, and our Brushclean team can handle deep cleans for you.
Can I finance or lease a machine?+
Yes — leasing, rent-to-own and fixed-term finance are available through our UAE finance partners, from around AED 350 per week. See the Finance page for details.
